The customer, in compliance with the DSG 2000 (Datenschutzgesetz 2000, BGBl. I Nr. 165/1999) and the DPD (EU Data Protection Directive 2004/06/03), with reference to the personal data obtained with the filling in of the web form ("Data"), is herewith informed that:

1.) the data will be treated by Vienna Acoustics electronically for fulfilling its own obligations, for promoting its own products and/or services and for fulfilling law requirements and/or provisions of public bodies;

2.) the giving of the information itself is not compulsory; however, failure to supply all informations required may cause it difficult for us to carry out the contractual business;

3.) the data will not be disclosed and they may be communicated to special subjects appointed by Vienna Acoustics for achieving the contractual purposes, that is to specialized mailing companies as well as to all subjects that must be informed of them in compliance with law requirement;

4.) the data will be communicated for the purposes mentioned in the above paragraph c) to Austrian and foreign companies, to holding companies, to companies controlled by and/or connected to, also indirectly, Vienna Acoustics and/or its holding companies and controlled companies and they may be transferred to Countries belonging to the European Union and to the United States;

5.) Vienna Acoustics is the legal person vested with the right to hold this information. The customer shall be entitled to exercise his rights in compliance with the Art. 2 DSG 2000 (BGBl. I Nr. 165/1999) and, in particular, to obtain the confirmation of the exactness of Data, of their communication and indication of the reasoning behind and the purpose of such treatment of information, to obtain the cancellation, rectification, updating or blocking of the same, to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the treatment of personal information, to oppose the treatment of personal information for commercial purposes or for the mailing of advertising material.
